Some of our videos on You Tube have been muted. The audio has been removed by the publisher. We have paid royalties within Australia through APRA both for public performance and for rehearsal reproduction of these tracks. In addition we have sought advice as to what further tribute can and should be paid for the use of this material. We were told by APRA that You Tube is the entity that ought to pay the royalties for this use. This does indeed seem to be the case and in fact, You Tube (Google) do pay royalties to Warner Music Group and others. We believe that a dispute arose between the two over price and Warner removed all their music from You Tube.

This is very unfortunate because dance without music is nearly nothing and dancing off beat as we are doing when we replace the audio is even worse. In addition, we have been asked many times what the track names are for these clips. People see the dance and love the music and presumably some of them buy it. In effect, we are promoting the music by dancing to it. But there is nothing we can do to reverse the stance of these corporate giants on this one. So here are the clips hosted on our site for you to view as they were originally posted. We have made every effort to do the right thing by the copyright owners.
